2011 was a spectacular year for Carrier Pigeon. It would never have been possible to expand my business, move into a new studio and continue to do what I love without the support of my friends, family and fans. Thanks to all of YOU who continue to support and inspire. One way for me to show my appreciation is to open up my studio and to slash prices on all of my jewelry! It only happens once a year...and this year there are 3 studios opening their doors for the sale.

All full price jewelry from current and previous collections will be 20% off! Yes, that includes matchstick & talon necklaces;) Right in time for Valentine's Day, I will also have a limited number of heart pendants for sale that you can have custom stamped in the studio for FREE!
Our good friend and old studio mate, Needle & Black will also be having a sale on leather accessories and women’s clothing. Favorite items such as wristlets, patent leather belts, leather harness/holsters and one of-a-kind pieces will be discounted up to 25% off. Exclusive Valentines Day accessories will also be available for the first time. Back stock fabrics, dress forms and other studio odds and ends will also be for sale. Her studio is just right down the hall from ours at #223. Our 2011 sample sale buddy, Raul Osorio will also be in the house (studio 223) selling his beautiful, women's garments and samples at a discount.
Contemporary painter Shawn McNulty will have his studio #217 open showcasing some of the new work for his upcoming show at Rosalux Gallery in April. He will also have 20x20” signed open edition giclee prints on paper for the low price of $60 (unframed) and $120 (framed), as well as various older prints that are not listed on his website. Art-A-Whirl 2010 in the Thorp & CBC
Look for Historic Thorp & CBC tenant, Shawn McNulty, in the May issue of Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine. Visit Shawn, and other Thorp & CBC artists, during Art-A-Whirl for a special meet and greet in the big space at the opening reception Under the Vic Chimney. Shawn will also be holding his studio open all weekend during Art-A-Whirl.
